The posting

Voor onze klant, een toonaangevend voedingsbedrijf in Tielen, zijn we op zoek naar een supervisor maintenance.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

Organiseren en coördineren van werkzaamheden

Je zorgt voor de goede werking van de machines door preventief onderhoud, revisies en storingsanalyses.

Je stelt onderhoudsplannen op en maakt werkplanningen op basis van prioriteiten en input van de productie.

Je organiseert revisiewerkzaamheden en zorgt dat resources (mensen en middelen) beschikbaar zijn.

Je werkt samen met externe partners voor gespecialiseerde opdrachten en bereidt beslissingen voor de directie voor.

Je ondersteunt je team bij probleemanalyse en coacht waar nodig.

Je neemt initiatief.

Je werkt nauw samen met leidinggevenden van maintenance en productie.

Waarborgen van nutsvoorzieningen

Je volgt de werking en het onderhoud van installaties op (perslucht, verwarming, waterzuivering, koeling, elektriciteit.)

Je beheert energieverbruik, optimaliseert en stuurt bij waar nodig.

Coachen en begeleiden van medewerkers

Je begeleidt je team voor een optimale personeelsbezetting en maakt personeelsplanningen.

Je zorgt voor vaktechnische begeleiding en opleiding van medewerkers.

Je motiveert je team en bevordert een goede werksfeer.

Je neemt deel aan de selectie van nieuwe medewerkers.

Deelname aan intern overleg en verbeterprojecten

Je neemt deel aan werkgroepen en projecten in samenwerking met de productiestaf en technische dienst.

Je draagt bij aan verbeteringen en vernieuwingen binnen de organisatie.

Systeembeheer en rapportage

Je beheert het softwareprogramma Api Pro, maakt nieuwe gebruikers aan en implementeert nieuwe versies.

Je zorgt voor gestructureerde documentatie en verbetert bestaande systemen waar nodig.

Onze klant is op zoek naar volgend profiel:

Technische kennis: je hebt ervaring met mechaniek, elektrotechniek, koeltechniek en onderhoudssoftware (bij voorkeur Api Pro.)

Leiderschapsvaardigheden: je hebt ervaring in het aansturen van technische teams en experts.

Projectmanagement: je hebt ervaring in het beheren en uitvoeren van technische projecten.

Communicatief vaardig: je bent sterk in het communiceren met verschillende afdelingen en leveranciers.

Softwarekennis: je hebt bekendheid met Inventor, PLC-programmering en andere technische software.

Talenkennis: Nederlands, Engels, basiskennis Duits en Frans.
