Onze klant is een internationale speler in duurzame verpakkingsoplossingen met een sterke focus op papier- en kartonproductie. In hun planningsteam zoeken ze een Supply Chain Specialist die data en interne processen verbindt. Je krijgt een veelzijdige rol met impact op voorraadbeheer, forecasting en klantafspraken.

Jouw taken:

  • Beheren van MTS/MTO/MTC-processen en orderopvolging
  • Opstellen en analyseren van forecasts, voorraad- en capaciteitsdata
  • Beheren van artikel- en klantgegevens in systemen
  • Opvolgen van voorraadniveaus en servicelevels (SLA's)
  • Ondersteunen van klanten en accountmanagers bij supply chain vragen
  • Analyseren van KPI's (EOQ, ABC, forecast accuracy)
  • Meewerken aan verbeterprojecten en optimalisaties
  • Key user voor planning- en ERP-systemen
  • Je een bachelor werk- en denkniveau hebt met affiniteit voor Supply Chain;
  • Je bij voorkeur 2 jaar relevante ervaring hebt;
  • Je gestructureerd, efficiënt en punctueel werkt;
  • Je makkelijk kan schakelen tussen details en het grotere plaatje;
  • Je vlot kan communiceren met verschillende partijen en je overtuigend bent;
  • Je stressbestendig bent en creatief omgaat met onverwachte wijzigingen;
  • Je handig bent met bedrijfsinformatiesystemen, je een goede kennis van Excel hebt en vlot bent met andere MS-Office toepassingen;
  • Je een gedegen kennis en ervaring hebt in orderverwerking, planning, voorraadbeheer.
