Wij zijn namelijk specialist in het ontwerpen, produceren en onderhouden van digitale informatiesystemen en de bijhorende software. Dit gaat van een apothekerskruis, de zone-30 verkeersborden die je trager doen rijden tot het digitale scorebord van je favoriete voetbalploeg, transparante LED-schermen en parkeergeleidingssystemen. WAT GA JE DOEN?

Als Technical Service Analyst maak je deel uit van ons support team en behoren volgende taken tot jouw takenpakket:

• Registratie van meldingen en statusupdates in het servicemanagementsysteem

• Controleren van complexe interventiegegevens

• Fungeren als technisch expertpunt voor complexe meldingen en technische problemen

• Coördineren van multidisciplinaire vervolgacties tussen interne teams

• Bepalen van oplossingsstrategieën bij complexe en multidisciplinaire problemen

• Uitvoeren van diepgaande root-cause analyses op storingen en procesafwijkingen

WAT VRAGEN WIJ VAN JOU?

Wij worden heel gelukkig als jij onderstaande eigenschappen of kwaliteiten hebt:

• HBO/Bachelor werk- en denkniveau, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

• Ervaring in technische support, servicemanagement of technische analyse

• Kennis van ERP-, ticketingsystemen en remote support tools

• Uitgebreide kennis van hardware, software en applicaties

• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, Frans is een pré

• Goede administratieve kennis (MS Office, ERP, Teamviewer, ...)

• Oog voor detail en kwaliteit

• Service- en klantgerichte ingesteldheid

• Zin voor verantwoordelijkheid

• Kunnen werken op zelfstandige en team basis
