Op zoek naar een (nieuwe) uitdaging als Technieker Storingen en Onderhoud? Bij ons werk je in een innovatieve en duurzame productieomgeving waar technologie en ecologie hand in hand gaan. Wij zjn een stabiel en groeiend internationaal bedrijf met een modern machinepark. Bij ons geen nummer, maar krijg je écht inspraak in verbeteringen en technische optimalisaties. Op dit moment breiden we ons team, bestaande uit 4 techniekers en een leidinggevende, uit met een bijkomende Technieker Storingen en Onderhoud. Jouw taken, verantwoordelijkheid en impact;

  • Je start je dag met een overlegmoment met collega's en leidinggevende
  • Dit om prioriteiten en taken af te stemmen
  • Je staat in voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van het volledige machinepark
  • Je voert technische controles uit op een veilige en nauwkeurige manier, met oog voor detail
  • Je detecteert en analyseert defecten en storingen
  • En je rapporteert deze helder aan de maintenance manager
  • Je lost storingen zelfstandig en efficiënt op
  • Je denkt actief mee na over duurzame verbeteringen zodat problemen zich niet opnieuw voordoen
  • Je werkt in een aantrekkelijk ploegensysteem: 1 week dag – 1 week vroege – 1 week dag – 1 week late
  • Je neemt samen met je team deel aan de wachtdienst
  • Dit om de continuïteit van de productie te garanderen
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne diensten zoals productie, kwaliteit, veiligheid en facilities
  • Afwisseling gegarandeerd: storingen oplossen én structureel verbeteren
  • We investeren sterk in jouw toekomst met een duidelijk doorgroeitraject in 7 stappen

Wij zijn op zoek naar onderstaand profiel;

  • Aan elk van die 7 stappen zijn loonstijgingen verbonden
  • Zowel junior als ervaren techniekers krijgen kansen:
  • Instappen op maat van jouw kennis en ambities is mogelijk; een ervaren persoon start niet onderaan de ladder
  • Veiligheid is voor jou prioriteit:
  • Je werkt volgens principes zoals LOTO en gebruikt steeds de juiste PBM's
  • Je bent een teamplayer die vlot samenwerkt met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen
  • Je communiceert goed in het Nederlands (Engels is een plus)
  • Je hebt een klantgerichte mindset
  • En je ondersteunt interne stakeholders professioneel
  • Je bent een technische allrounder met kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, pneumatica, hydraulica, pompen en ventilatoren
  • Je bent leergierig en oplossingsgericht ingesteld; interne en externe opleidingen zijn mogelijk
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring, maar ook schoolverlaters zijn welkom
  • Je bent bereid te werken in het beschreven ploegenstelsel en wachtdienst
  • Ploegen-systeem; 1 week dag – 1 week vroege – 1 week dag – 1 week late
  • Wachtdiensten; 1 week om de 5 weken heb je wachtdienst (storingen nachts/weekend komen zelden voor)
