Voor ons prachtige bedrijf in Lommel, zoeken we een technieker die energie haalt uit het oplossen van storingen én het verbeteren van installaties. bij ons krijg je nog echt de ruimte om mee te denken, verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en bij te dragen aan een modern machinepark. Je komt terecht in een stabiel, groeiend bedrijf waar veiligheid en teamwork centraal staan. Afwisseling, technische uitdaging en inspraak in verbeteringen zorgen ervoor dat je geboeid blijft. het werkschema; 1 week dagdienst, 1 week vroege, 1 week dagdienst, 1 week late. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden;

  • Je start je dag met een overlegmoment met collega's en je leidinggevende
  • Dit om de planning en prioriteiten te bespreken.
  • Je staat in voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van het volledige machinepark.
  • Je voert technische controles veilig en nauwkeurig uit, met oog voor detail.
  • Je detecteert defecten en storingen
  • en rapporteert deze duidelijk aan de maintenance manager.
  • Je lost technische storingen zelfstandig op
  • en denkt proactief mee na over structurele verbeteringen om herhaling te vermijden.
  • Je werkt in een gecombineerd ploegenstelsel: 1 week dag – 1 week vroege – 1 week dag – 1 week late.
  • Samen met je collega's neem je deel aan de wachtdienst om de continuïteit van de productie te garanderen.

  • Veiligheid staat voor jou altijd op de eerste plaats.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met principes zoals Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)
  • en gebruikt steeds de juiste PBM's, ook bij werkzaamheden aan chemische installaties.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer
  • en werkt vlot samen met collega's van maintenance, productie en facilities.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands (minstens B1-niveau);
  • Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een klantgerichte mindset en biedt service aan interne afdelingen zoals;
  • Veiligheid, productie, kwaliteit, planning, verkoop en receptie.
  • Je bent technisch allround en hebt kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, pneumatica, hydraulica, pompen en ventilatoren.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring is een plus,
  • maar ook schoolverlaters met een bachelor elektromechanica komen in aanmerking.
