The posting

Als process engineer metal fabrication sta je in voor het ondersteunen van productie door jezelf te specialiseren in de machines die behoren tot de afdeling: onderdelenproductie. Je bent hierbij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technische vragen van productie, onderhoud en engineering.

Je werkt met geavanceerde en sterk geautomatiseerde CNC-machines en industriële robots. Metalen platen, coils en buizen worden in de onderdelenproductie verwerkt met diverse pons-, laser-, plooi- en lastechnologieën. Je komt in contact met een breed scala aan machinesturingen van toonaangevende merken zoals Trumpf, Prima Power, Valk Welding, Fanuc, Pivatic enz. Hands-on fijnmechanische afstellingen en softwarematige procesparameters beheers je tot in detail. Hydraulische, pneumatische en elektrische sturingen van complexe machines zijn voor jou vertrouwd terrein. Daarnaast ben je nieuwsgierig naar robotprogrammatie.

Je neemt een centrale positie in tussen verschillende diensten en bewaart het overzicht wanneer problemen zich voordoen. In overleg bepaal je de juiste prioriteiten en zorg je voor een gestructureerde aanpak. Je communiceert proactief en werkt doelgericht samen met de interne technische dienst of leveranciers om duurzame oplossingen te realiseren. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische conditie van de machines

Profiel

We zoeken een collega die continu wil groeien en zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen een technisch uitdagende omgeving. Een bacheloropleiding in elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig vormt de basis voor de vereiste technische kennis.

Ideaal gezien heb je 5–10 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, bijvoorbeeld als maintenance engineer, en ben je klaar om door te groeien naar een functie met meer verantwoordelijkheid en complexere technische uitdagingen.
