Wij bieden herstel ondersteunende zorg aan patiënten met een ernstige psychiatrisch aandoening. Wij zijn een plek waar herstel centraal staat, waar we geloven dat elke mens - ongeacht de uitdagingen waar hij of zij voor staat - de kracht heeft om zijn leven weer op de rails te krijgen. In onze locatie De Meent bieden we intensieve zorg aan 100 volwassen patiënten, met een missie die verder gaat dan behandeling alleen. Intensieve vervolgbehandeling (IVB) Warnsveld biedt klinische, langdurige zorg en behandeling aan patiënten met hoog complexe psychiatrische of psychosociale problemen van zodanige aard, dat zij intensieve behandeling en begeleiding nodig hebben. Team Interventie Stabilisatie Presentie (ISP) is voor patiënten binnen De Meent met toenemend controleverlies waarbij vanuit de Fact-methodiek tijdelijk verhoogd toezicht nodig is. Hiermee kan preventief, structurerend en de-escalerend opgetreden worden. ISP kan gezien worden als een afdeling waar iemand geplaatst wordt, ter voorkoming van overplaatsing naar een gesloten afdeling. Ook is het ISP-team een tussenstap tussen een gesloten setting en de openheid van De Meent, om te wennen aan een open setting en perspectief te krijgen in herstel. Zo werk jij De patiënten op de besloten afdeling worden begeleid vanuit de presentiebenadering met als doel te stabiliseren en het herstel te bevorderen.
