Dit ga je doen Een belangrijk onderdeel van onze zorgvisie is dat we zo dicht mogelijk proberen aan te sluiten bij de hulpvraag van onze cliënten, om zo de best mogelijke interventie in te zetten. Onze specialistische behandelingen richten zich o.a. op klachtgerichte interventies, waarbij de contextuele en de sociaal maatschappelijke factoren belangrijke aandachtspunten zijn. Hierdoor lukt het ons om sneller een behandeling vorm te geven die past bij de specifieke hulpvraag van de cliënt. Onze waarom is mensen hulp bieden bij het aanpakken van hun psychische problemen, dat is waar onze collega's zich dagelijks met hart en ziel voor inzetten. Wij willen de kwaliteit van mensen hun leven verhogen! Als agogisch medewerker begeleid je de cliënt samen met zijn naasten, in samenwerking met het disciplinaire team, in zijn persoonlijke proces van herstel. Hierbij begeleid je de cliënt onder andere in het vormgeven van de dagstructuur, zijn herstel met betrekking tot ADL, HDL, dagbesteding en medicatie inname/verstrekking waarbij het uitgangspunt is een gezonde leefstijl is. 'Het nemen van tijd' is bij deze doelgroep van toepassing; Je werkt in kleine stappen toe naar de individuele wens van de cliënt en zijn naasten. Dit ben jij Kun jij complexe cliënten problematiek aan? Ben je begripvol en stimulerend en tegelijk in staat om te sturen en te begrenzen waar nodig?
