Met jouw kennis, zelfstandigheid en betrokkenheid help je hen verder in hun bedrijfsvoering. Klinkt dit als iets voor jou? Dan komen we graag met je in contact. Als Agrarisch verzekeringsadviseur ben jij de vertrouwde adviseur voor jouw klanten. Jij helpt hen met vragen over hun verzekeringen en schades en zorgt dat alles goed geregeld is. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene dag zit je aan de keukentafel bij een melkveehouder, de andere dag werk je je administratie bij vanuit huis. • Je bezoekt klanten en bouwt duurzame relaties op• Je adviseert over verzekeringspakketten en denkt mee met de ondernemer• Je verwerkt je bezoekverslagen en afspraken zorgvuldig• Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's op de binnendienst Topteam is dé specialist op het gebied van verzekeringen in de agrarische sector. Je bent hybride werkzaam op kantoor, vanuit huis en onderweg naar de klanten. Je wordt ondersteund door de binnendienst vanuit onze kantoren. Je komt terecht in een informeel en betrokken team waar samenwerken centraal staat. Jij voelt je thuis in de agrarische wereld en weet makkelijk contact te leggen met verschillende ondernemers. • Relevante ervaring in agrarisch EN verzekeringen is wenselijk; • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid; • Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt goed luisteren; • Ambitie om jezelf en de organisatie te laten groeien;• WFT Basis, Schade. Inkomen wenselijk en/of bereid te behalen.
