Als Adviseur Groenbeheer werk je samen met gemeenten, provincies en waterschappen aan een duurzame en leefbare buitenruimte. Jij zorgt ervoor dat opdrachtgevers weloverwogen keuzes kunnen maken door heldere plannen, berekeningen en adviezen te leveren. Dit ga je doen Of je nu jouw ervaring verder wilt uitbouwen als adviseur, of al een coachende rol pakt: in deze functie maak je impact op het beheer en de inrichting van de openbare ruimte. Samen met gemeenten, provincies en waterschappen vertaal je de uitdagingen van klimaatadaptatie en verduurzaming naar de praktijk. Dat doe je met heldere beheerplannen, bestekken en berekeningen die tot in detail kloppen. Je luistert scherp, stelt de juiste vragen en schakelt moeiteloos tussen inhoud en proces. Zo zorg je samen met collega's voor tastbare resultaten en deel je actief je expertise. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Beheer en beleid vormgeven : opstellen van beheerplannen, beleidsplannen, visies en onderhoudsbestekken. - Projecten coördineren (senior): coördineren van inspecteurs en aansturen van projectteams, waarbij jij planning, budget en kwaliteit bewaakt. - Digitale tools inzetten: werken met onze eigen software GISIB om data te verzamelen en te vertalen naar bruikbare adviezen. - Kennis delen : samenwerken met je collega's van het team Beleid & Beheer en nieuwe collega's opleiden.
