Als agrarisch specialist, of zoals wij het noemen, bedrijfsverzorger bij AB Vakwerk zorg jij ervoor dat agrarische bedrijven blijven draaien wanneer boeren ziek zijn of tijdelijk uitvallen. Je neemt hun werkzaamheden over en springt bij waar nodig, zodat het bedrijf blijft draaien. Soms gaat het om een paar melkbeurten, andere keren neem je tijdelijk de volledige bedrijfsvoering van een boerderij op je. Juist in die situaties ben jij van grote waarde, omdat je een boer helpt op een moment dat het er echt toe doet. De volgende werkzaamheden ga je doen: - Ziektevervanging. Je neemt (tijdelijk) werkzaamheden over bij afwezigheid van de boer, variërend van korte vervangingen tot volledige overname van de dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering. - Specialistische diensten. Naast vervanging voer je, afhankelijk van jouw interesse en expertise, specialistische werkzaamheden uit zoals klauwverzorging, plaagdierbestrijding en het opruwen van stalvloeren. - Ondersteuning en meedenken. Je bent een betrokken sparringpartner voor de boer, luistert goed naar wat er speelt op het bedrijf en denkt vindingrijk mee over praktische oplossingen. En het mooiste? Werken via AB Vakwerk betekent meer ruimte om werk en privé goed te combineren. Zo kun je op zaterdag blijven sporten of tijd vrijmaken om familie in het buitenland te bezoeken.
