AGRESSIEBEHEERSINGSCOACH (50%)

Breng jij expertise en visie samen om een veilige zorgomgeving mee vorm te geven? Zoek je een rol waarin je impact hebt op de kwaliteit van zorg, medewerkers ondersteunt en actief bijdraagt aan een menswaardige omgang met agressie en vrijheidsbeperkende maatregelen?

Jouw rol

Als agressiebeheersingscoach speel je een sleutelrol in het uitbouwen en verankeren van het beleid rond agressiebeheersing en vrijheidsbeperkende maatregelen binnen Zorggroep Sint-Kamillus. Je vertaalt visie naar praktijk en ondersteunt teams in het creëren van een veilige, herstelgerichte en respectvolle zorgomgeving.

Je draagt bij aan de continuïteit en kwaliteit van zorg door medewerkers te versterken, incidenten te analyseren en verbeteracties mee vorm te geven. Daarbij neem je een sturende en inhoudelijk richtinggevende rol op: je bent een echte expert en sparringpartner voor afdelingen, werkgroepen en het beleid.

Context en samenwerking

Je werkt organisatiebreed over de verschillende campussen heen en bouwt bruggen tussen beleid en praktijk. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, terwijl je kunt rekenen op een nauwe samenwerking met de kwaliteitscoördinator, de dienst Vorming, Training en Opleiding (VTO), directie en verschillende multidisciplinaire teams.

Je maakt deel uit van relevante interne en externe overlegstructuren en bent een zichtbaar aanspreekpunt voor collega’s die een beroep doen op jouw expertise.

Jouw uitdagingen

  • Je implementeert en versterkt het beleid rond agressiebeheersing en vrijheidsbeperkende maatregelen op basis van recente wetgeving en goede praktijken.
  • Je ontwikkelt en begeleidt opleidingen en vormingsinitiatieven die medewerkers handvatten bieden in preventieve en herstelgerichte zorg, en integreert hierin de recente ontwikkelingen in het domein.
  • Je analyseert incidenten proactief en retrospectief en ondersteunt teams bij de bespreking en opvolging ervan.
  • Je fungeert als vast aanspreekpunt rond agressie en werkt actief mee aan kwaliteits- en accreditatietrajecten binnen Zorggroep Sint-Kamillus.
  • Je volgt de nodige aanpassingen op aan de infrastructuur van afzonderingskamers en bewaakt de ontleenmodule van materialen.
  • Je bent bereid om deeltijds te werken op een afdeling met een hoog risico op agressie.

Je bent een sterke inhoudelijke expert die mensen weet mee te nemen in verandering. Dankzij je analytisch inzicht, empathische communicatie en organisatorisch talent slaag je erin beleid te vertalen naar een haalbare praktijk. De kern van jouw rol ligt in het coachen en versterken van medewerkers en teams, zodat zij met vertrouwen en deskundigheid kunnen omgaan met uitdagende situaties.

Daarnaast breng je mee

  • Een masterdiploma in de humane wetenschappen met een vooropleiding als bachelor verpleegkunde.
  • Grondige kennis van agressiebeheersing, met bijzondere aandacht voor preventieve en herstelgerichte benaderingen.
  • Inzicht in psychische en somatische ziektebeelden binnen de geestelijke gezondheidszorg.
  • Sterke schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Ervaring met het uitwerken van beleid, procedures, vormingen of verandertrajecten.
  • De flexibiliteit om in te spelen op acute vragen.
