Als Agri Technical Sales & Support ben je een onmisbare schakel binnen onze agri-afdeling. Je begeleidt klanten van A tot Z bij de aankoop en plaatsing van onze sleufsilo’s en afdeksystemen. Dankzij jouw combinatie van commerciële flair en technische feeling vorm je de brug tussen verkoop, productie, logistiek en klant.

  • Sales: Je volgt aanvragen en leads voor silo’s en agriwanden actief op en zet deze om in concrete bestellingen. Je bevestigt orders, stemt af met productie en bewaakt leveringstermijnen. Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve voorbereiding zodat de facturatie vlekkeloos verloopt. Daarnaast adviseer en verkoop je Silage Safe rechtstreeks op locatie, waarbij je klanten informeert over de voordelen en toepassingsmogelijkheden van onze afdeksystemen.
  • On-site support: In aanloop naar de oplevering neem je contact op met de klant om de planning af te stemmen. Tijdens de plaatsing ondersteun je het montageteam met de nodige informatie en help je waar nodig om alles vlot te laten verlopen. Je begeleidt klanten bij het gebruik van onze producten en biedt waar nodig extra ondersteuning en advies.
  • After sales: Bovendien ben je het aanspreekpunt bij vragen na oplevering. Indien nodig ga je ter plaatse, stel je een dossier op en overleg je met alle betrokken partijen om tot een gepaste oplossing te komen.
  • Rapportage: Je houdt de sales manager via rapporten op de hoogte van de verkoopresultaten en marktontwikkelingen.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelordiploma of minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met de landbouwsector, via opleiding, ervaring, hobby of persoonlijke interesse.
  • Je communiceert vlot en klantgericht en bouwt duurzame relaties op.
  • Je herkent commerciële opportuniteiten en zet deze doelgericht om.
  • Een goede technische kennis vormt een belangrijke troef binnen deze functie.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis Frans.
  • Organisatorisch sta je sterk: je zorgt voor een efficiënte planning, een nauwkeurige administratie en een vlotte opvolging.
