The posting

Bij een machinebouwer in Utrecht werk je aan de besturing van AGV-systemen voor geautomatiseerd intern transport. Je implementeert en test applicatiesoftware op zowel SCADA- als voertuigniveau en configureert een bestaand softwareframework voor nieuwe projecten en geïnstalleerde systemen. Daarbij vertaal je klanteisen en locatiebeperkingen naar werkbare layouts, verkeersregels en voertuiginstellingen. Je combineert inzicht in logistieke processen met kennis van industriële besturing, communicatie en elektromechanische componenten. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je simulaties en softwareconfiguratie af met voertuigkalibratie, interface-tests en het oplossen van storingen. Je werkt samen met een multidisciplinair, internationaal team en ondersteunt de inbedrijfstelling bij klanten, waarvoor je soms meerdere weken in het buitenland verblijft. Door regelkringen af te stellen, materiaalstromen te analyseren en testresultaten terug te koppelen, verdiep je je verder in autonome voertuigen en logistieke automatisering. Functie-inhoud - Configureer en test AGV-applicatiesoftware op SCADA- en voertuigniveau, in simulatie en op fysieke voertuigen - Vertaal klanteisen naar AGV-layouts en optimaliseer verkeersregels, materiaalstromen en voertuigparameters - Kalibreer voertuigen en stel regelkringen voor rijgedrag en lasthandling af - Integreer voertuigsoftware met motorcontrollers, naderingssensoren en wielencoders - Ondersteun internationale inbedrijfstellingen en analyseer en verhelp softwarestoringen bij klanten - Schrijf requirements, ontwerpdocumentatie en testcases voor applicaties en interfaces - Lever technische inschattingen voor offertes en verbeter ontwikkel- en testprocedures Functie-eisen - Technische bachelor in informatica, automatisering of IT, of gelijkwaardige werkervaring, met minimaal drie jaar ervaring in industriële applicatiesoftware - Goede kennis van Linux, Windows, seriële communicatie, CAN en netwerken met UDP en TCP; CANopen is een pré - Ervaring.
