Binnen een ambitieus team van experts adviseer je uiteenlopende opdrachtgevers bij het succesvol implementeren van AI-oplossingen op de werkvloer. Jouw rol Als AI Adoption Specialist ben jij de cruciale schakel tussen de technische ontwikkelingen en de eindgebruiker. Je zorgt ervoor dat AI niet enkel wordt geïmplementeerd als tool, maar wordt omarmd als onderdeel van de dagelijkse werkprocessen. Door middel van strategische begeleiding, workshops en trainingen weet je weerstand om te buigen naar enthousiasme en eigenaarschap bij medewerkers. Je vertaalt technische specificaties naar praktische toepasbaarheid, zonder zelf de rol van developer op je te nemen. Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit: - Ontwikkelen en verzorgen van interactieve AI-trainingsprogramma's en workshops. - Analyseren van organisatorische behoeften en uitdagingen rondom AI-adoptie. - Toepassen van change management-principes om medewerkers te begeleiden bij de transitie. - Adviseren van stakeholders bij het opstellen en uitvoeren van een AI-adoptiestrategie. - Fungeren als de verbindende factor tussen technische AI-specialisten en de werkvloer. - Monitoren van de voort...
