AI & Automation Consultant

Bij ConXioN bouwen we mee aan de moderne werkplek. We ondersteunen onze klanten door het implementeren van complexe, strategische oplossingen zoals Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio en het Power Platform. Zo helpen we om organisaties slimmer, efficiënter en innovatiever te laten werken.

Om onze groei binnen AI en automatisering verder te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een AI & Automation Consultant. Je vormt de brug tussen business en technologie en helpt klanten niet alleen om de mogelijkheden van Copilot Studio en Power Platform te ontdekken, maar ook om deze succesvol te implementeren en te adopteren binnen hun organisatie.

Jouw day-to-day als AI & Automation Consultant:

  • Je analyseert de noden, processen en uitdagingen van klanten en vertaalt deze naar concrete automatiserings- en AI-use cases.
  • Je faciliteert workshops, trainingen, inspiratiesessies en discovery trajecten rond Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform en AI.
  • Je bouwt AI agents in Copilot Studio, afgestemd op de noden van de klant.
  • Je werkt mee aan Power Platform-oplossingen die processen stroomlijnen en repetitieve taken automatiseren.
  • Je begeleidt klanten bij het uitwerken van een governance-aanpak binnen het Power Platform, met aandacht voor security, compliance, lifecycle management en governance.
  • Je werkt samen met de collega’s die verantwoordelijk zijn binnen Change & Adoption zodat zij de klanten kunnen meenemen binnen AI-adoptie, change management en hoe ze maximaal waarde halen uit hun investering.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met technische collega’s en vertaalt functionele vereisten naar technische oplossingen.
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen het Microsoft AI- en Power Platform-ecosysteem en deelt deze kennis met klanten en collega's.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een rol binnen consultancy, business analyse, digital workplace of gelijkaardig.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in AI, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform en andere toepassingen binnen de Microsoft 365-scope.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en kan bedrijfsprocessen vertalen naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in het geven van workshops, presentaties en trainingen.
  • Je kan complexe concepten op een heldere en toegankelijke manier uitleggen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, zelfstandig en neemt initiatief.
  • Je bent klantgericht en bouwt vlot vertrouwen op.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Nice to haves: Ervaring met Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate of Power BI). Kennis van Power Platform governance en security. Ervaring met change management of user adoption trajecten. Kennis van Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Services of andere AI-platformen. Microsoft-certificeringen zoals PL-900, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, AI-900, AI-102, AB-620 of AB-100.
