The posting

Bij een marketing- en salespartner in 's-Hertogenbosch bouw je AI-systemen en automatiseringen voor bedrijven in het hogere segment van interieur en vastgoed. Als AI & Automation Engineer ontwikkel je de infrastructuur achter leadkwalificatie, CRM-workflows en geautomatiseerde opvolging. Je werkt aan toepassingen die dagelijks in productie worden gebruikt, zowel intern als bij klanten. De nadruk ligt op softwarematige procesautomatisering: van dataverwerking tot AI-agents die concrete stappen in marketing- en salesprocessen overnemen. Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met de CTO in een klein team met korte lijnen. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je workflows in n8n met JavaScript, JSON en databases zoals PostgreSQL en Supabase. Je vertaalt klantvragen naar onderhoudbare oplossingen en denkt mee over de technische koers. Daarbij krijg je ruimte om nieuwe AI-tools te testen, de stack mede te bepalen en je kennis van AI-development verder te verdiepen. Functie-inhoud - Marketingautomatiseringen en CRM-workflows bouwen en onderhouden in GoHighLevel - Workflows en integraties ontwikkelen in n8n, met JavaScript en JSON - Datastructuren, funneltracking en commissielogica uitwerken in Supabase en PostgreSQL - AI-agents bouwen voor transcriptie, samenvatting en leadkwalificatie - Klantvragen samen met de CTO vertalen naar schaalbare technische oplossingen - Interne processen en tooling verbeteren en meedenken over de AI-strategie Functie-eisen - Je hebt ervaring met marketingautomatisering en CRM-systemen, bij voorkeur GoHighLevel - Je bouwt automatiseringen met tools zoals n8n en kunt werken met JavaScript en JSON - Je kunt overweg met databases, bij voorkeur PostgreSQL en Supabase - Je hebt AI-oplossingen gebouwd die daadwerkelijk worden gebruikt, bij voorkeur met Claude Code - Je werkt zelfstandig en combineert technische uitvoering met strategisch meedenken - Je experimenteert graag met AI-tools en hebt affiniteit met marketing, sales of het premiumsegment Aanbod - Brut.
