SARAWAK is een internationale organisatie die volop wil inzetten op de mogelijkheden van artificiële intelligentie. Daarom zoeken we een hands-on AI Coördinator die samen met ons onderzoekt waar AI onze werking kan verbeteren, versnellen en optimaliseren.

In deze nieuwe functie breng je voor het volledige bedrijf in kaart hoe AI vandaag en in de toekomst een meerwaarde kan bieden. Je helpt SARAWAK om artificiële intelligentie op een strategische, veilige en gestructureerde manier te implementeren.

We zoeken geen theoretisch profiel dat zich uitsluitend met complexe modellen bezighoudt. We zoeken vooral een gedreven en praktische professional met een sterke interesse in technologie, ICT en AI.

Wat ga je doen?

Als AI Coördinator krijg je een brede en verantwoordelijke functie. Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen, managers en medewerkers en vertaalt hun behoeften naar concrete AI-oplossingen.

Taken omvatten

  • Vanuit de SARAWAK Groep hebben we een uitgeschreven AI strategie. Het is deze strategie die lokaal (BeLux) moet uitgerold worden. Deze visie en roadmap ga je implementeren bij SARAWAK Belux.
  • Opportuniteiten identificeren binnen alle afdelingen waar AI een meerwaarde biedt.
  • Bedrijfsprocessen analyseren en repetitieve taken automatiseren.
  • AI-tools, AI-agents en slimme workflows implementeren.
  • Nieuwe AI-technologieën evalueren en pilootprojecten opzetten.
  • Medewerkers begeleiden, opleiden en inspireren in het gebruik van AI.
  • Richtlijnen opstellen rond veilig, verantwoord en compliant AI-gebruik
  • Fungeren als het Belgische aanspreekpunt binnen de AI-community van de Sarawak Group, waarbij je mee de groepsstrategie vormgeeft, ervaringen deelt, innovatieve ideeën aanbrengt en AI-projecten lokaal implementeert.
  • Een gestructureerde AI-aanpak, richtlijnen en best practices helpen ontwikkelen voor de volledige organisatie.
  • Rapporteren aan het management over de impact en resultaten van AI-initiatieven.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken een gedreven, dynamische en enthousiaste collega die energie krijgt van innovatie, technologie en verandering. Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met ICT, Generative AI en nieuwe digitale toepassingen en vindt het leuk om te experimenteren met tools zoals Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT of vergelijkbare oplossingen.

Je bent praktisch ingesteld en weet ideeën en nieuwe technologieën te vertalen naar concrete oplossingen, slimmere processen en efficiëntere workflows. Je kan zelfstandig onderzoek uitvoeren, informatie kritisch beoordelen en complexe onderwerpen op een duidelijke en begrijpelijke manier uitleggen.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in een relevante richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met Generative AI en ervaring met Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT of gelijkaardige tools.
  • Je hebt inzicht in procesoptimalisatie en beschikt over goede projectmanagementvaardigheden.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en kan verschillende projecten tegelijk opvolgen.
  • Je neemt initiatief, werkt zelfstandig en durft verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel medewerkers als management.
  • Je staat graag voor een groep en kan zonder problemen presentaties, opleidingen en workshops geven. Dit is echt een belangrijk topic!
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, volgt technologische ontwikkelingen op de voet en wil voortdurend blijven bijleren.
  • Ervaring met Power Platform, workflowautomatisering of gelijkaardige tools is een mooie plus.

SARAWAK is een internationale organisatie. Een goede talenkennis is daarom essentieel. Je kunt professioneel communiceren in:

  • Nederlands
  • Frans
  • Engels

Je voelt je comfortabel om in deze talen te overleggen, presentaties te geven en medewerkers te begeleiden.

Dit is geen klassieke IT-supportfunctie

SARAWAK beschikt over een eigen IT-supportafdeling. Deze vacature is dus absoluut geen verborgen IT-supportfunctie waarbij je printers moet installeren of HDMI-kabels moet herstellen.

Je focus ligt op artificiële intelligentie, innovatie, procesverbetering, implementatie, opleiding en strategisch advies.
