Wij zoeken een AI consultant die oog heeft voor de menselijke maat, die domeinkennis van onze opdrachtgevers weet te combineren met de kracht van AI en concrete resultaten weet te boeken. Je werkt voor opdrachtgevers in de publieke sector, zoals woningcorporaties, omgevingsdiensten en onderwijsinstellingen. Organisaties waar de druk op processen en capaciteit hoog is en waar slimme inzet van AI direct waarde kan toevoegen. Gezamenlijk bouwen wij aan een zelfgroeiende organisatie. Een organisatie waarin iedereen op zijn eigen manier impact kan maken. Regie heeft over zijn eigen ontwikkeling en positieve invloed heeft op dat van een ander én het bedrijf. Samengroeien door resultaat+ te leveren met elkaar. Bij ons word je aangemoedigd om je te ontwikkelen naar een 2.0 versie van jezelf. Hier werk je consistent aan door middel van een uitgebreide onboarding, een eigen PEP (Persoonlijk Expeditie Plan) en de wekelijkse progressie cirkels op vrijdag. Ook bouwen we in kwartaalsessies gezamenlijk aan de koers van het bedrijf.
