The posting

Plainsight is op zoek naar een AI Consultant die organisaties helpt om van "we moeten iets met AI" naar een concreet en gedragen plan te gaan, en die ervoor zorgt dat medewerkers de oplossingen ook echt gebruiken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je voert AI Readiness Scans uit: interviews met directie en sleutelpersonen, self-assessments en een maturiteitsrapport over strategie, data, technologie, governance, processen en mensen.
  • Je begeleidt strategiesessies en werkt een AI-strategie uit die vertrekt van de bedrijfsdoelstellingen, met guiding principles en een operating model: wie doet wat en wie beslist.
  • Je identificeert en prioriteert AI use cases samen met de klant en scoort ze op strategische waarde en op organisatorische en technische haalbaarheid.
  • Je vertaalt dat naar een roadmap met duidelijke go/no-go-momenten en presenteert die aan de directie.
  • Je trekt het verandertraject: je zet AI Champions op, geeft trainingen aan eindgebruikers en zorgt dat adoptie vanaf dag één meegenomen wordt.
  • Je bewaakt Responsible AI: risicoanalyse per use case, afspraken rond shadow AI en de EU AI Act waar relevant.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met onze AI engineers die de gekozen use cases bouwen, en je bewaakt dat wat gebouwd wordt aansluit bij wat de business nodig heeft.

Plainsight is op zoek naar:

  • Iemand die in dezelfde week een directiecomité overtuigt en een team op de werkvloer meeneemt.
  • Een consultant die liever een onderbouwde "nee" adviseert dan een pilot die nergens naartoe gaat.
  • Iemand die AI zelf dagelijks gebruikt en er enthousiast maar nuchter over vertelt.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring als consultant, business analist, projectleider of in een rol rond digitale transformatie.
  • Je begrijpt hoe AI werkt (LLM's, agents, voorspellende modellen) en wat het wel en niet kan, ook als je het zelf niet bouwt.
  • Je faciliteert workshops en interviews met gemak en je schrijft helder.
  • Je denkt in processen en bedrijfsdoelstellingen, niet in tools.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels.

Een plus:

  • Ervaring met change management of adoptietrajecten.
  • Kennis van de EU AI Act, GDPR of data governance.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise of Claude in een bedrijfscontext.
  • Een achtergrond in data en analytics (Power BI, datamodellering, ...).
