Wir suchen eine technisch neugierige Persönlichkeit, die unser AI+DA Team mit rund 20 Stunden pro Woche unterstützt und dabei hilft, unsere bestehenden KI-, Daten- und Automatisierungslösungen weiterzuentwickeln.

Du musst dafür kein KI-Experte sein. Viel wichtiger ist, dass du Python und SQL beherrschst, ein gutes technisches Grundverständnis mitbringst und Lust hast, dich tief in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten.

Und das Beste: Du arbeitest nicht alleine. Unser KI-Spezialist wird Dich direkt in die bestehenden Lösungen und Technologien einarbeiten und übernimmst Schritt für Schritt eigene Themen. 1 AI & Data Developer (m/w/x) Deine Mission bei uns

Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, Software Development und Automation.

* Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung unserer RAG- und Knowledge-Lösungen

* Arbeiten mit LLMs, AI Agents und MCP

* Entwicklung und Erweiterung von Python-Anwendungen und APIs

* Arbeiten mit SQL und Datenbanken

* Deployment und Betrieb unserer Services mit Docker, Git und CI/CD - inklusive Tests, die das absichern

* Entwicklung kleiner Tools und Services, die reale Probleme im Unternehmen lösen

* gemeinsames Experimentieren mit neuen Möglichkeiten rund um Generative AI

Dein Profil als Zukunftsgestalter:in

* Python: Du kannst Python nicht nur aus einem Tutorial, sondern hast bereits eigene Projekte umgesetzt.

* SQL: Du verstehst Daten, Tabellen, Joins und Abfragen und kannst dich in Datenbanken zurechtfinden.

* KI-Grundverständnis: Du weißt, was ein LLM ist, hast schon mit ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini oder ähnlichen Modellen gearbeitet und interessierst dich dafür, wie man KI in echte Anwendungen integriert.

* Technische Neugier: Du hast Spaß daran, neue Technologien auszuprobieren. Wenn du etwas noch nicht kennst, ist deine Reaktion eher "Das schaue ich mir an" als "Das kann ich nicht".

* Hands-on-Mentalität: Du willst nicht nur Konzepte diskutieren, sondern Code schreiben, testen und Lösungen zum Laufen bringen.

Vielleicht bist du gerade im Studium und hast bereits eigene kleine Softwareprojekte gebaut.Vielleicht hast du dir Python selbst beigebracht, mit APIs experimentiert, einen kleinen AI-Agenten gebaut oder dein erstes RAG-System ausprobiert.Vielleicht bist du auch einfach jemand, der bei neuen Technologien sofort wissen möchte:

"Okay - aber was kann ich damit bauen?"
