Dein neuer Job * Entwicklung, Implementierung und Optimierung von Machine-Learning- und KI-Modellen mit Fokus auf Large Language Models (LLMs) * Konzeption und Umsetzung intelligenter KI-Agenten in modernen Low-Code-Umgebungen wie Microsoft Copilot Studio * Implementierung von Automatisierungslösungen mit Plattformen wie Power Automate zur Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen * Mitarbeit an anspruchsvollen AI-Entwicklungsprojekten in modernen Cloud- und Entwicklungsumgebungen * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Data Scientists, Fachbereichen und IT-Teams zur Umsetzung technischer Lösungen auf Basis fachlicher Anforderungen * Sicherstellung hoher Standards hinsichtlich Datenqualität, Datensicherheit, Governance und Compliance * Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung skalierbarer KI-Architekturen und modularer agentischer Systeme * Durchführung von Dokumentation, Testing, Monitoring sowie kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung bestehender KI-Lösungen * Analyse neuer Technologien und Trends im Bereich Artificial Intelligence sowie Bewertung ihres Einsatzpotenzials * Aktive Unterstützung bei der digitalen Transformation durch innovative und zukunftsorientierte KI-Anwendungen

Dein Profil * Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence und LLM-basierte Architekturen * Erfahrung entlang des gesamten Data-Science-Lifecycles von Datenaufbereitung über Modelltraining bis hin zu Deployment und Betrieb * Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse in Python sowie Erfahrung mit gängigen ML- und AI-Bibliotheken * Praxiskenntnisse in der Entwicklung von KI-Agenten mit Low-Code-Plattformen, idealerweise Microsoft Copilot Studio * Erfahrung mit Automatisierungslösungen wie Power Automate von Vorteil * Kenntnisse moderner Cloud-basierter KI-Systeme, idealerweise im Microsoft Azure Umfeld * Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen in innovative und technisch umsetzbare Lösungen zu übersetzen * Analytische Denkweise sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz * Strukturierte Herangehensweise an komplexe Fragestellungen und Entwicklung skalierbarer Lösungen * Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit technischen und nicht-technischen Stakeholder:innen * Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit * Neugierde, Lernbereitschaft und Begeisterung für neue Entwicklungen im KI-Umfeld * Selbstständige, verlässliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
