In het kort: Je gaat AI-use cases en experimentele AI-workflows ontwikkelen, technische keuzes onderbouwen, samen met het innovatieteam oplossingen bouwen en je kennis overdragen zodat het team deze zelfstandig kan beheren en doorontwikkelen. Innovatiemanagement maakt onderdeel uit van het dienstenmanagementteam van de Concerndirectie Informatievoorziening en Openbaarmaking (CDIO) van het kerndepartement van het Ministerie van Financiën. Het team bestaat uit drie innovatiemanagers, een AI engineer en een UX/UI-stagiair. Zij verbinden klantbehoeften aan technologische ontwikkeling. Ze onderzoeken, experimenteren en begeleiden de integratie van nieuwe oplossingen in de organisatie. Het team werkt agile en zoekt continu naar nieuwe oplossingen voor bestaande en toekomstige vraagstukken. Groeiende vraag vanuit de organisatie en eerdere successen (waaronder FinChat en FinDocs) vragen om een volgende professionaliseringsslag. Het team is nu nog sterk afhankelijk van externe leveranciers. Om die afhankelijkheid te verkleinen bouwt het team aan een innovatieplatform en een AI-platform in een Azure landing zone, en verkent de inzet van lokale hardware. We zoeken een AI engineer die het team inhoudelijk uitdaagt en scherp houdt, en die zelf bouwt aan betere producten. De opdracht omvat het ontwikkelen van AI-use cases op het innovatieplatform. Zoals bij alle innovatietrajecten werk je niet alleen, maar samen met collega's van het innovatieteam en met de klanten voor wie de use case wordt gebouwd. Concrete richting voor de eerste use case: - AI agents - het opzetten van een AI-workflow waarin agents zelfstandig stappen zetten richting een eindresultaat (bijvoorbeeld via orkestratie met LangGraph, Semantic Kernel of een vergelijkbaar agent-framework). Gewenste resultaat - 3 experimenten succesvol afgerond, samen met het team - Elk experiment opgeleverd met een korte technische onderbouwing: architectuurkeuzes, gebruikte modellen/services, en een advies over opschalen of stop.
