Künstliche Intelligenz ist für uns mehr als nur ein Trend - sie ist ein wichtiger Hebel für Innovation, Effizienz und neue Lösungen im industriellen Umfeld. Als KI-Entwickler_in bringen Sie Ihr Know-how dort ein, wo Technologie den echten Unterschied macht. Sie setzen praxisnahe KI-Anwendungen für alle Unternehmen innerhalb unserer Gruppe um und begleiten Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zum produktiven Einsatz. Gemeinsam mit unserem AI Manager gestalten Sie den Aufbau unserer KI-Landschaft aktiv mit.

Was Sie erwartet:

* Entwicklung, Training und Optimierung bestehender und neuer Machine-Learning- und KI-Modelle

* Implementierung von Generative-AI- und LLM-basierten Anwendungen (z.B. interne Assistenten, Wissenssysteme, Automatisierung)

* Entwicklung von Datenpipelines und Agentik-AI Asistenten sowie Integration von KI-Anwendungen in bestehende Systeme (ERP, MES, CRM, BI etc.)

* Aufbau und Betrieb skalierbarer KI-Lösungen (OnPrem, Cloud oder hybrid)

* Entwicklung von Prototypen und Proof-of-Concepts für neue KI-Use-Cases

* Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen zur Umsetzung konkreter Automatisierungs- und Optimierungspotenziale

* Evaluierung von neuen KI-Systemen gemeinsam mit unserem AI Manager

* Mitarbeit beim Aufbau einer modernen KI- und Datenplattform innerhalb der HERON-Gruppe

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Data Science, Software Engineering oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von KI- oder Machine-Learning-Anwendungen

* Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse mit Python, weitere Programmiersprachen sind von Vorteil

* Erfahrung mit gängigen ML-Frameworks, LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI wie z.B. OpenAI, RAG-Architekturen, LangChain, PyTorch, MCP, N8N

* Erfahrung mit Datenverarbeitung und Datenpipelines (SQL, APIs, ETL-Prozesse)

* Verständnis moderner Cloud- und Container-Technologien (z.B. Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS oder ähnliche Plattformen)

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Interesse an industriellen Anwendungen in den Bereichen Produktion, Maschinenbau und Logistik
