Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine innovative Persönlichkeit mit Begeisterung für Künstliche Intelligenz. Sie bringen KI von der Idee in den Alltag unserer Projektteams. Gemeinsam mit uns entwickeln Sie Assistenten, Auswertungen und Werkzeuge, die auf echten Unternehmensdaten laufen und den Kolleginnen und Kollegen spürbar Arbeit abnehmen. 1 AI Engineer (all genders) Vollzeit Wallern an der Trattnach

Aufgaben

* Entwicklung von KI-Assistenten und Automatisierungen auf Basis von Large Language Models (z. B. Claude, Azure OpenAI) für Projekt- und Fachabteilungen

* Anbindung von Unternehmensdaten und Dokumenten (RAG, Schnittstellen zu SQL Server, Microsoft 365, ERP)

* Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Web Tools (Python, FastAPI, JavaScript) vom Prototyp bis zum Betrieb

* Aufnahme von Use Cases gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen und Bewertung nach Nutzen und Aufwand

* Prompt-Design, Evaluierung und Qualitätssicherung der KI-Ergebnisse

* Schulung und Begleitung der Key-User bei der Einführung neuer Werkzeuge

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Data Science oder Wirtschaftsinformatik (HTL, FH, Uni) oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python, sicherer Umgang mit SQL und REST-APIs

* Erste Erfahrung mit LLM-APIs, Agenten Frameworks oder RAG-Architekturen

* Kenntnisse im Microsoft Umfeld (Entra ID, Power BI, SharePoint) oder Erfahrung im Anlagen- und Projektgeschäft von Vorteil

* Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und Freude daran, Anforderungen mit Fachbereichen zu klären

* Pragmatische, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit Blick für Datenqualität und Sicherheit

* dentsprechende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt innerhalb einer Bandbreite von monatlich brutto € 4.000 und € 5.000, ist abhängig von Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation und wird gemeinsam mit Ihnen festgelegt.
