Amsterdam + bij klanten Horas 40 horas/semana Área AI Engineering De meeste organisaties hebben iets met AI gedaan: een pilot, een demo, een rapport. En op maandag werkt iedereen weer zoals altijd. Daar nemen wij geen genoegen mee. Bij Gaide bouwen we mensgerichte AI: systemen van samenwerkende AI-agents die complexe processen van begin tot eind uitvoeren, ontworpen rond de mensen die ermee werken. Het gaat ons niet om de techniek, maar om wat het de klant oplevert: financieel, in kwaliteit of in veiligheid. We bouwen op locatie bij de klant en brengen de oplossing live. Daarna blijven we partner, van de eerste toepassing naar de volgende. De rol Een agent in productie krijgen bij een klant met verouderde systemen, rommelige data en een IT-afdeling die niet om advies heeft gevraagd: dat is het werk. Als Lead Forward Deployed AI Engineer ben je eigenaar van de technische kant daarvan, en je zet de standaard voor de engineers om je heen. Je leidt op inhoud. Je bent geen projectmanager en hebt geen medewerkers onder je. Ongeveer de helft van je tijd bouw je zelf: code schrijven, code reviewen en prototypes maken. De andere helft gaat naar architectuur, het afbakenen van opdrachten met klanten en het vooruithelpen van het team. Het verschil met onze Forward Deployed Engineers zit in de beslissingen. Jij kiest de architectuur, jij bepaalt wanneer iets klaar is voor productie en jij zorgt dat het na de overdracht onderhoudbaar en betaalbaar blijft. Je praat even makkelijk met een CTO als met een engineer. Met het IT-team van de klant los je een probleem op, aan de directie leg je uit wat die keuze betekent voor kosten, risico's en de volgende stap. Tijd om je werk in producti...
