Data & AI Solutions: AI-Entwicklung, Datenintegration und -aufbereitung sowie moderne Datenplattformen. AI Solutions & Operations: Entwicklung, Integration und zuverlässiger produktiver Betrieb von AI-Lösungen.

Deine Aufgaben

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung von AI-Lösungen von der Anforderungsanalyse und Konzeption bis zum produktiven Einsatz * Integration von AI-Modellen, Services und Funktionen in bestehende Anwendungen, Plattformen und Geschäftsprozesse * Aufbau skalierbarer, wartbarer und sicherer Lösungsarchitekturen für AI-Anwendungen auf modernen Cloud- und Datenplattformen * Durchführung von Prototypen und Proof of Concepts sowie strukturierte Überführung erfolgreicher Ansätze in produktive Lösungen * Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen zur Übersetzung von Anforderungen in technisch und wirtschaftlich tragfähige Lösungen * Sicherstellung von Qualität, Performance, Sicherheit, Wartbarkeit und nachvollziehbarer Dokumentation über den gesamten Lösungslebenszyklus * Berücksichtigung von Datenschutz, Informationssicherheit, Data und AI Governance sowie verantwortungsvollem AI-Einsatz * Unterstützung und Wissenstransfer für interne Teams sowie Mitwirkung beim Aufbau wiederverwendbarer Komponenten und Best Practices * Aufbereitung, Integration und Transformation der für AI-Lösungen benötigten Daten sowie Mitwirkung an Datenpipelines und Datenmodellen (Schwerpunkt Data & AI Solutions) * Analyse und Exploration von Daten sowie Entwicklung geeigneter statistischer, Machine-Learning- und AI-basierter Ansätze (Schwerpunkt Data & AI Solutions) * Betrieb, Monitoring, Fehleranalyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung eigener und bestehender AI-Lösungen (Schwerpunkt AI Solutions & Operations) * Unterstützung bei Tests, Deployment, Release-Management und der Übergabe in geregelte Betriebsprozesse (Schwerpunkt AI Solutions & Operations)

Wonach wir suchen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium in Informatik, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich - HTL/FH/TU * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und produktiven Umsetzung von Data-, Analytics- oder AI-Lösungen * Gute Programmierkenntnisse, insbesondere in Python, sowie Erfahrung mit APIs, Softwarearchitekturen und Versionsverwaltung * Praktische Erfahrung mit Machine Learning, generativer AI, Large Language Models oder vergleichbaren AI-Technologien * Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen und AI-Services, vorzugsweise im Microsoft-Azure-Umfeld * Erste praktische Erfahrung in Datenaufbereitung, Datenintegration, Datenmodellierung oder dem Aufbau von Datenpipelines, idealerweise im Rahmen von AI- oder ML-Projekten (Schwerpunkt Data & AI Solutions) * Verständnis für den produktiven Betrieb von Anwendungen, einschließlich Deployment, Monitoring, Logging, Testing und Fehlerbehebung (Schwerpunkt AI Solutions & Operations) * Erfahrung mit modernen Datenplattformen, idealerweise Databricks, ist von Vorteil * Kenntnisse in Container-Technologien, CI/CD, DevOps- oder MLOps-Ansätzen von Vorteil * Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen zu verstehen und in robuste, skalierbare und wartbare technische Lösungen zu übersetzen * entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Sprachniveau C1)
