Von modernen Sprachmodellen über intelligente Automatisierungen bis hin zu innovativen Computer-Vision-Anwendungen - du bringst neue Ideen ein, setzt sie in die Praxis um und gestaltest die Zukunft unseres Unternehmens maßgeblich mit.

Gemeinsam mit unseren Software- und Entwicklungsteams entwickelst du intelligente Lösungen, evaluierst neue Technologien und sorgst dafür, dass KI einen echten Mehrwert für unsere Kunden und Mitarbeitenden schafft.

Das Gehalt liegt von € € 2.670,- bis € 4.500,- brutto monatlich je nach Berufserfahrung. Das genaue Gehalt wird in einem persönlichen Gespräch festgelegt.

Das sind die Herausforderungen bei uns: * Entwicklung und Mitgestaltung der KI-Strategie des Unternehmens sowie deren konsequente Umsetzung. * Identifikation von Einsatzmöglichkeiten für KI in Produkten und internen Prozessen. * Entwicklung, Training und Optimierung von KI-Modellen sowie deren Integration in bestehende Anwendungen. * Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unternehmensinterner KI-Lösungen. * Evaluierung neuer KI-Technologien und Überführung in praxistaugliche Anwendungen. * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen zur Anforderungsanalyse und Entwicklung innovativer AI-Lösungen. * Optimierung bestehender Modelle hinsichtlich Qualität, Geschwindigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit. * Dokumentation von Lösungen sowie Unterstützung von Kolleginnen und Kollegen beim erfolgreichen Einsatz von KI-Technologien.

Was du mitbringst: * Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Künstlichen Intelligenz, Data Science, Software Engineering oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung. * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (idealerweise 3-5 Jahre oder mehr) in der Entwicklung von KI- und Machine-Learning-Lösungen. * Sehr gute Programmierkenntnisse in Python sowie Erfahrung mit modernen Softwareentwicklungsprozessen. * Erfahrung mit aktuellen KI-Technologien und Frameworks wie TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn oder vergleichbaren Werkzeugen. * Praktische Kenntnisse im Einsatz von Large Language Models (LLMs) sowie im Arbeiten mit APIs von OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic oder vergleichbaren Plattformen. * Erfahrung im Fine-Tuning, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Embedding-Technologien und Vektordatenbanken ist von Vorteil. * Kenntnisse im Aufbau und Betrieb produktiver KI-Anwendungen sowie deren Integration in bestehende Softwarelandschaften. * Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen (Azure, AWS oder Google Cloud) sowie Container-Technologien (Docker, Kubernetes) von Vorteil. * Verständnis für Datenbanken, Datenaufbereitung und Datenqualität. * Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse * Eigenes Fahrzeug zum Erreichen des Arbeitsortes
