Als AI Consultant / Engineer ben jij de stuwende kracht achter de AI-initiatieven van de groep. Je zit aan tafel bij kmo-bedrijfsleiders en afdelingshoofden om hun processen te analyseren en vertaalt hun uitdagingen naar concrete, werkende AI-oplossingen.

Je adviseert niet alleen vanaf de zijlijn, maar steekt ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen om prototypen, integraties en AI-gedreven workflows te bouwen en op te leveren.

Wat staat er op de agenda?

  • Adviseren & Scopen: Het organiseren van workshops bij klanten (en intern) om waardevolle AI-cases te identificeren — van procesautomatisering tot GenAI en predictive analytics.
  • Bouwen & Implementeren: Het ontwikkelen en integreren van AI-oplossingen met LLM's, RAG-architecturen, Python, API-koppelingen en no-code/low-code tools
  • Projectmanagement: De volledige begeleiding van A tot Z: van het eerste idee en de Proof of Concept (PoC) tot een succesvolle uitrol.
  • Thought Leadership: Het op de voet volgen van de nieuwste AI-ontwikkelingen en deze vertalen naar waardevolle toepassingen voor de markt.

Het gewenste profiel

  • Consultancy-ervaring: Minimaal 2 tot 4 jaar ervaring binnen IT-, data- of business consultancy. Ervaring met projectmanagement, klantverwachtingen en heldere communicatie is essentieel.
  • Ruime ervaring met Python en het bouwen/integreren van AI-modellen en API's.
  • Ervaring met Generatieve AI, LLM-integraties (zoals OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, LlamaIndex) en moderne data-architecturen.
  • Kennis van cloudomgevingen (Azure of AWS) vormt een sterke troef.
  • Business & Pragmatische Mindset: Denkvermogen gericht op rendement, efficiëntie en directe meerwaarde voor kmo's. Geen complexe AI om de AI, maar oplossingen die meteen resultaat oplevere
