De code die in productie gaat blijft jouw verantwoordelijkheid. - Je zit aan tafel bij design en strategie, niet pas als de Figma af is. Je bouwt front-ends voor klanten waar we soms al jaren mee werken. Onboarding-flows, dashboards, marketing-pagina's die converteren, configurators met een AI-laag eronder. Je gebruikt AI-tools om snel te schakelen. De code die in productie gaat blijft jouw verantwoordelijkheid. We zien je als developer, niet als prompter. AI is een hefboom om sneller te bouwen en meer alternatieven te proberen. Je leest wat een AI genereert, je past het aan, je vangt op wat fout gaat. Die combinatie maakt het verschil. - Eigen tech-keuzes Veel vrijheid in hoe je iets oplost. Je kiest de aanpak en tooling die past binnen wat we bouwen en onderhouden. - Hands-on troubleshooting Als iets stuk gaat, los je het zelf op.
