Functieomschrijving - Ontwikkelen van een pragmatisch en schaalbaar AI Governance Target Operating Model. - Definiëren van rollen, verantwoordelijkheden, eigenaarschap en besluitvorming binnen AI Governance. - Bepalen welke governance en controls nodig zijn op basis van de risicoclassificatie van AI-toepassingen. - Ontwikkelen van een roadmap met concrete mijlpalen en prioriteiten voor de overgang naar het gewenste operating model. - Creëren van aansluiting met Data Governance, Privacy, Security, Risk, Compliance, Enterprise Architecture en het AI CoE. - Implementeren van AI-risicoclassificatie, assessments, besluitvorming en escalatieprocessen. - Verder ontwikkelen en borgen van het centrale AI Registry. - Ontwikkelen van rapportages en richtlijnen die AI-risico's, AI-use cases en AI-health inzichtelijk maken. Samen komen we verder In de praktijk Binnen Royal Schiphol Group speelt Artificial Intelligence een steeds grotere rol. Om AI verantwoord en schaalbaar toe te passen, wordt de bestaande governance verder ontwikkeld en geïntegreerd met Data Governance, Privacy, Security, Risk, Compliance en Enterprise Architecture. Als Interim AI Governance Lead werk je samen met de Data & AI Governance Lead en de AI Lead aan een pragmatisch en werkbaar AI Governance Target Operating Model. Je schakelt tussen strategie en uitvoering en zorgt ervoor dat governance niet alleen op papier bestaat, maar daadwerkelijk wordt geïmplementeerd en geborgd in de dagelijkse praktijk. Daarbij werk je met senior management, governance-organen, productteams, data professionals en technologieteams.
