In de rol van AI Lead neem jij het voortouw om de absolute vertrouwenspersoon te worden voor klanten die hun processen willen vernieuwen.

  • Analyseren van bestaande bedrijfsprocessen om verborgen knelpunten te detecteren en zo aanzienlijke efficiëntiewinsten te boeken.
  • Vertalen van complexe zakelijke behoeftes naar hapklare technologische oplossingen op vlak van data en automatisatie.
  • Bouwen van heldere managementrapporteringen in Power BI, waardoor beslissingen worden genomen op basis van harde feiten.
  • Begeleiden van uiteenlopende klanten bij hun allereerste stappen binnen kunstmatige intelligentie om workflows te stroomlijnen.
  • Zelfstandig trekken van diverse projecten, waarbij je de volledige uitrol overziet van productiebedrijf tot investeringsmaatschappij.

Profiel

Welk profiel zoeken we exact voor deze positie als AI Lead?

  • Ervaring binnen consultancy, procesoptimalisatie of digitalisatie (minstens 4 jaar) vormt de stevige fundering van jouw werkwijze.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een kritische denker die vaste gewoontes in vraag stelt om structuur te brengen in chaos.
  • Gedegen affiniteit met nieuwe technologieën is cruciaal, waarbij je vlot je weg vindt in Power BI of bereid bent dit razendsnel te leren.
  • Beschikken over een diploma in een economische richting (zoals TEW of Handelsingenieur) helpt jou om de taal van de bedrijfsleider perfect te spreken.
  • Bereidheid om je soepel te verplaatsen naar verschillende klanten in de streek, met de regio Merelbeke als handige uitvalsbasis.
