Amsterdam: AI Lead Communicatie Gepost op 4 september 2026 4 september 2026 door Henk Dijkstra WO | 32-36 uur | Freelance /ZZP Voor een opdrachtgever binnen de Gemeente Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Freelance AI Lead die een sleutelrol speelt in de verdere ontwikkeling van datagedreven communicatie en de toepassing van kunstmatige intelligentie binnen een grote publieke organisatie. In deze strategische opdracht werk je op het snijvlak van communicatie, data, analytics en AI. Je vertaalt online gebruikersdata naar waardevolle inzichten, ontwikkelt een toekomstgerichte aanpak voor datagedreven werken en realiseert de eerste werkende AI-prototypes. Daarbij stuur je een multidisciplinair project aan en zorg je ervoor dat de organisatie wordt voorbereid op een bredere inzet van AI, met aandacht voor kwaliteit, privacy, governance en kennisoverdracht. Deze opdracht vraagt om een ervaren professional die strategie weet te combineren met uitvoering en aantoonbare ervaring heeft met digitale analytics, AI-implementaties en stakeholdermanagement binnen complexe organisaties. Werkzaamheden - Ontwikkelen van een strategie voor datagedreven werken en AI. - Opstellen en realiseren van een implementatieplan. - Vertalen van online data naar dashboards, inzichten en managementinformatie. - Opzetten van AI-prototypes en een toekomstbestendige data-infrastructuur. - Coördineren van het project en afstemmen met diverse stakeholders. - Adviseren over privacy, governance en verantwoorde inzet van AI. - Verzorgen van workshops, kennisoverdracht en presentaties.
