Als AI Platform Engineer bei TGW sind Sie für die Implementierung, den Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung KI-gestützter Engineering-Lösungen verantwortlich. Sie tragen dazu bei, die Produktivität der Entwicklerteams zu steigern, Automatisierungspotenziale zu erschließen und Engineering Excellence nachhaltig zu fördern. Was man bei uns bewegt: Betrieb, Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von GitHub Copilot sowie KI-gestützten Engineering-Plattformen Integration von KI-Funktionen entlang des gesamten Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Evaluierung und Einführung neuer KI-Technologien zur Verbesserung von Softwarequalität, Produktivität und AutomatisierungEntwicklung wiederverwendbarer KI-Agenten, Prompts, Templates und weiterer Beschleuniger für Software-Engineering-Anwendungsfälle Etablierung von Standards, Best Practices und Governance-Richtlinien für einen sicheren und verantwortungsvollen Einsatz von KI Beratung, Schulung und Befähigung von Entwicklungsteams im Bereich KI-gestützter Softwareentwicklung Förderung des Wissensaustauschs und Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Arbeitsweisen und Technologien Was uns überzeugt: Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität) mit Schwerpunkt Informatik, Software Engineering, Informationstechnologie, Künstliche Intelligenz oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung Fundiertes Verständnis moderner Softwareentwicklungsprozesse und des Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Erfahrung mit GitHub, GitHub Copilot, CI/CD-Pipelines und modernen Entwicklerplattformen Solide Programmierkenntnisse in mindestens einer gängigen Programmiersprache, beispielsweise C# oder Java Kenntnisse im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz, Large Language Models (LLMs) und KI-gestützter Entwicklungstools Verständnis von IT-Sicherheit, Secure SDLC, Datenschutz und Compliance-Anforderungen Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Coaching-Fähigkeiten Begeisterung für Innovation, neue Technologien und den praktischen Einsatz von KI im Software Engineering Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Was wir bieten: Abwechslungsreiche Aufgabengebiete sowie individueller Gestaltungsspielraum Arbeiten mit moderner IT-Ausstattung und neuesten Technologien Flexible Arbeitszeiten und ein großzügiges Home-Office-Modell Maßnahmen zur Gesundheitsförderung (Fitnessstudios, Massageangebote, Betriebsärzte, uvm.)
