Ben jij gepassioneerd door artificiële intelligentie en wil je een sleutelrol spelen in de digitale transformatie van een innovatieve retailorganisatie? Dan is deze uitdaging misschien wel iets voor jou.

Als AI Portfolio Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitwerken, coördineren en opvolgen van de AI-strategie binnen de organisatie. Je fungeert als de schakel tussen Business, IT en Data en zorgt ervoor dat AI-initiatieven een concrete meerwaarde creëren.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Uitwerken en implementeren van de AI-strategie in samenwerking met interne stakeholders.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van een duidelijke AI-roadmap.
  • Coördineren van AI-projecten van analyse en proof of concept tot implementatie en verdere optimalisatie.
  • Samenbrengen en aansturen van verschillende interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Bewaken van AI-governance, privacy, GDPR en ethische richtlijnen.
  • Opvolgen van marktontwikkelingen en nieuwe AI-technologieën.
  • Uitwerken en rapporteren van KPI's om de impact en adoptie van AI te meten.
  • Inzicht geven in AI-investeringen en het beheer ervan.
  • Mee uitbouwen van een sterke AI-community en het verhogen van de AI-kennis binnen de organisatie.
  • Rapporteren aan het management.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in Business, Data Science, Informatica of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement binnen cross-functionele teams.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met AI-transformatieprojecten.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van AI-technologieën en hun toepassingen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en behoudt gemakkelijk het overzicht over meerdere projecten.
  • Je bent analytisch, resultaatgericht en denkt procesmatig.
  • Je bent ondernemend, proactief en weet structuur te brengen in complexe uitdagingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en weet mensen mee te nemen in verandering.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het opstellen en rapporteren van KPI's.
  • Je bent flexibel, oplossingsgericht en een echte teamspeler.
  • Ervaring met AI/ML, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Data, Cloud-infrastructuur en Agile projectmanagement is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een extra troef.
