In deze rol ontwikkel, beheer en realiseer je een integrale productvisie en roadmap voor data science toepassingen binnen een complexe organisatie. Je richt je op het maximaliseren van de waarde van producten, met nadruk op kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en schaalbaarheid. Je werkt samen met data scientists, ML engineers, product owners en interne stakeholders om innovatieve oplossingen verder te brengen. Daarbij schakel je soepel tussen strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau. Wat ga je doen - Je ontwikkelt een tactische productvisie en roadmap voor data science producten met een horizon van 0 tot 3 jaar, afgestemd op de strategische doelen van de organisatie. - Je stemt behoeften af met interne stakeholders, prioriteert features en coördineert de ontwikkeling met IT-partners. - Je zorgt voor goede samenwerking binnen de centrale AI-organisatie en het AI-programma. - Je beschrijft use cases, begeleidt de realisatie en monitort voortgang en impact van data science producten. - Je draagt zorg voor support, onderhoud en continue verbetering van bestaande producten. - Je ziet toe op datakwaliteit, privacy, security en compliance binnen de productontwikkeling. - Je werkt aan producten op het gebied van onder andere grid forecasting, automatisch netontwerp en beeldherkenning. Over jou - Je bent een zelfstarter en vindt het leuk om inhoudelijk werk af te wisselen met coördinerende taken. - Je schakelt makkelijk tussen strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau. - Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met de energiesector. - Je werkt graag samen in een team met data scientists, ML engineers en product owners. - Je denkt stakeholdergericht en communiceert helder. Eisen - Je hebt aantoonbaar WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Data Science, Informatica, AI of vergelijkbaar. - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met machine learning, genAI en python. - Je hebt er.
