AI Product Manager / Product Manager Data Science Product Manager Data Science Als Product Manager Data Science ontwikkel, beheer en realiseer je een integrale productvisie en roadmap voor data science producten. Je richt je op het maximaliseren van de waarde van data science toepassingen, met focus op kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en schaalbaarheid. Het data science team beheert 17 zelf ontwikkelde producten voor onder andere grid forecasting, automatisch netontwerp en beeldherkenning. Wat ga je doen? - Productvisie & Strategie: Ontwikkelen van een tactische productvisie en roadmap (0-3 jaar) voor data science producten, afgestemd op de strategische doelen. - Stakeholdermanagement: Afstemmen van behoeften met interne stakeholders, prioriteren van features en coördineren van ontwikkeling met IT-partners; samenwerken binnen de centrale AI-organisatie en het AI-programma. - Productontwikkeling: Beschrijven van use cases, begeleiden van realisatie en monitoren van voortgang en impact. - Lifecycle Management: Zorgdragen voor support, onderhoud en continue verbetering van data science producten. - Kwaliteitsborging: Toezien op datakwaliteit, privacy, security en compliance binnen productontwikkeling. Waar zijn we naar op zoek? - Je bent een zelfstarter die schakelt tussen strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau. - Opleiding: WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Data Science, Informatica, AI of vergelijkbaar. - Technische ervaring: Aantoonbare ervaring met machine learning en genAI, inclusief ervaring met Python. - Ervaring met tooling: Ervaring met Databricks en AzureML is een pré. - Ervaring: Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in productmanagement binnen een data-gedreven omgeving. - Sectoraffiniteit: Sterke affiniteit met de energiesector. - Werkwijze: Ervaring met agile werken en BusDevOps-structuren. - Vaardigheden: Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en stakeholdergericht denken. - WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Data Science, I...
