In deze rol neem jij het voortouw bij de volledige transformatie van idee tot operationeel succes. Als AI Project Manager stuur jij cross-functional teams aan om innovatieve mogelijkheden te vertalen naar concrete businesswaarde.

  • Je ontwerpt de strategische roadmap samen met interne ambassadeurs, zodat de langetermijnvisie naadloos aansluit op de operationele doelstellingen.
  • Je begeleidt innovatieve projecten van de allereerste proof-of-concept tot de uiteindelijke uitrol, waardoor oplossingen breed gedragen worden.
  • Samenwerken met zowel interne als externe stakeholders behoort tot je kernactiviteiten om de complete waardeketen optimaal te bewaken.
  • Je ontwikkelt heldere kwaliteitsindicatoren en rapporteert de impact rechtstreeks aan de CIO, waardoor investeringen inzichtelijk en rendabel blijven.
  • Het up-to-date houden van richtlijnen rondom privacy en GDPR-wetgeving pak jij proactief op zodat de organisatie altijd verantwoord innoveert.

Profiel

Voor de functie van AI Project Manager zoeken we iemand met een gezonde dosis ondernemerszin en een sterk procesmatig denkvermogen. Je bent een geboren netwerker die van nature structuur brengt in complexe materie en moeiteloos communiceert op verschillende niveaus.

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een bedrijfskundige, data-technische of informatica-richting.
  • Ervaring met het succesvol leiden van transformatietrajecten en cross-functionele projecten over een periode van minstens Silicon Valley-waardige of beproefde vijf jaar.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een pragmatische aanpakker die kansen ziet en deze direct vertaalt naar bruikbare oplossingen.
  • Brede kennis van moderne data-infrastructuren, cloud-toepassingen en agile methodieken is een grote troef.
  • Vloeiende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, waarbij kennis van het Frans mooi meegenomen is.
