En tant qu'aide-boulanger au sein de notre boulangerie-pâtisserie artisanale, vous jouerez un rôle crucial en apportant votre soutien à l'équipe dans la finalisation de nos pains :

Responsabilités :

  • Aide à l'élaboration des recettes : Vous assisterez nos boulangers dans la préparation des ingrédients et la mise en place des recettes, en suivant attentivement les instructions fournies.
  • Vous participerez à la finition et la mise sur platines de nos différents pains.
  • Respect des normes de qualité et d'hygiène : Vous veillerez à maintenir un environnement de travail propre et ordonné, en respectant les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
  • Soutien à l'équipe : Vous collaborerez étroitement avec nos boulangers et les autres membres de l'équipe pour assurer une production efficace et harmonieuse. Votre enthousiasme et votre esprit d'équipe seront des atouts précieux.
  • Dynamisme et motivation : Notre environnement de travail est rapide et exigeant, mais votre énergie et votre motivation seront indispensables pour relever les défis avec succès. Nous recherchons des personnes enthousiastes et désireuses d'apprendre.
  • Intérêt pour la boulangerie et désir d'évoluer dans ce domaine.
  • Capacité à suivre des instructions et à travailler de manière méthodique et autonome.
  • Bonnes compétences en communication et en travail d'équipe.
  • Flexibilité et disponibilité pour travailler à partir de 3h00 du matin. La boulangerie demande des disponibilités 7j/7, week-ends et jours fériés compris
