Au sein d’un environnement hospitalier en pleine évolution, vous contribuez à la fiabilité des données comptables et au traitement correct des opérations financières. La fonction combine enregistrement comptable, suivi administratif et collaboration avec différents services internes.

  • Participer à l’enregistrement et au traitement des opérations comptables dans les systèmes informatiques.
  • Aider à l’enregistrement des opérations financières telles que les opérations de caisse et les extraits bancaires.
  • Assurer le suivi des honoraires des médecins, effectuer les calculs et préparer les paiements après validation.
  • Signaler les cas problématiques et résoudre les situations selon les directives (recherche de données, notes de crédit, facturation fournisseurs).
  • Contacter les services internes afin d’obtenir les informations nécessaires pour la clôture des comptes.
  • Fournir des informations comptables au responsable hiérarchique et répondre aux questions liées à la comptabilité.
  • Aider au suivi des créances et dettes des patients, résidents et mutualités.
  • Effectuer les paiements des fournisseurs, patients, résidents et assurances après accord.
  • Informer les débiteurs concernant les factures impayées.
  • Réaliser diverses tâches administratives telles que le classement des documents comptables.
  • Passer des commandes selon les directives du responsable hiérarchique.
  • Bachelier en comptabilité.
  • Bonnes connaissances en informatique.
  • Rigueur, précision et méthode dans le travail.
  • Esprit logique et capacité d’analyse.
