Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités en Belgique, nous recherchons un(e) ADV / Aide comptable confirmé(e) pour renforcer notre équipe basée à Bruxelles.

Votre rôle;

Au sein de notre organisation, vous occupez un rôle central et transverse.

Véritable point de liaison entre les équipes commerciales, les consultants et la finance, nous comptons sur vous pour garantir la fiabilité des données et le bon déroulement du cycle administratif des ventes, de l'ouverture des projets jusqu'à la facturation et au suivi des paiements.

Vos responsabilités;

  • Piloter le processus ADV de A à Z, de l'ouverture des projets à la facturation
  • Collecter, structurer et valider les informations contractuelles et commerciales
  • Assurer le suivi des bons de commande, contrats clients et encours
  • Contrôler et valider les temps et frais des consultants en vue de la refacturation
  • Gérer la facturation clients et les flux inter compagnies
  • Suivre les paiements et contribuer activement au recouvrement
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes Business, Finance et RH
  • Être garant(e) de la rigueur, de la qualité et du respect de nos processus internes

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée en ADV, administration des ventes et/ou aide comptable
  • Vous avez idéalement évolué dans un environnement de services, de conseil ou de prestations intellectuelles
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec Excel, les outils de gestion, la facturation et en Credit Collector
  • Vous êtes bilingue néerlandais & français
  • Vous comprenez les flux administratifs, contractuels et financiers
  • Vous appréciez les environnements structurés, exigeants et orientés résultats Vos atouts pour réussir chez nous
  • Rigueur, fiabilité et sens aigu du détail
  • Excellente organisation et priorisation des tâches
  • Proactivité et capacité d'anticipation
  • Très bon relationnel et fort esprit d'équipe
