Notre client est une organisation sectorielle majeure en Belgique, active dans la formation et le développement des compétences professionnelles. Depuis Bruxelles, elle accompagne plusieurs dizaines de milliers d'entreprises et leurs collaborateurs en proposant un large éventail de formations, allant des compétences digitales et bureautiques au management, au bien-être et au développement professionnel.

Vous rejoindrez une structure à taille humaine, au sein d'une équipe Budget & Finance composée de 5 personnes, dans un environnement stable, collaboratif et bilingue français-néerlandais. L'organisation accorde également une importance particulière à la formation continue et à l'équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie privée.

Votre fonction

En tant qu'Aide-comptable, vous rejoignez l'équipe Budget & Finance et prenez en charge le traitement quotidien d'un volume important de factures, tant fournisseurs que clients.

Il s'agit d'une fonction opérationnelle idéale pour un profil junior souhaitant développer une solide expérience en comptabilité, dans un environnement structuré et avec un accompagnement de proximité.

Vos responsabilités

  • Encoder et traiter environ 1000+ factures par mois, ainsi que les bons de commande associés ;
  • Vérifier les informations des factures et assurer leur rapprochement avec les bons de commande ;
  • Suivre le processus de validation et d'approbation des factures ;
  • Établir et suivre les factures de vente conformément aux procédures internes ;
  • Répondre aux questions des clients, fournisseurs et collègues concernant les factures, paiements et montants à recevoir ou à payer ;
  • Préparer un reporting régulier sur les factures enregistrées et leur statut ;
  • Communiquer les informations nécessaires aux différentes équipes et assurer le suivi des dossiers en attente ;
  • Identifier, à terme, des pistes d'amélioration et contribuer à l'optimisation des processus de facturation.

Vous travaillerez principalement sur Odoo, notamment pour la facturation et les workflows d'approbation.

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bachelier en comptabilité.
  • Une première expérience ou un stage en comptabilité est un plus, mais les jeunes diplômés sont les bienvenus.
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé et méthodique, avec une bonne attention aux détails.
  • Vous appréciez les environnements structurés et les tâches opérationnelles avec un volume important de dossiers.
  • Vous communiquez facilement en français et en néerlandais.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils digitaux ; une connaissance d'Odoo est un atout.
