The posting

En tant qu'aide-comptable, vous intégrez notre service administratif et financier et apportez un soutien quotidien à la gestion comptable du groupe (transport VIP, nettoyage, agence de placement).

Vos missions principales :

  • Encodage des factures d'achats et de ventes, ainsi que des opérations bancaires
  • Préparation et suivi des paiements fournisseurs
  • Classement et archivage des pièces comptables (physique et numérique)
  • Suivi des relances clients et rapprochements bancaires
  • Préparation des documents en vue des déclarations TVA
  • Soutien à la préparation des éléments destinés au comptable / fiduciaire externe
  • Tâches administratives diverses liées à la comptabilit

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec la direction et l'équipe administrative, dans un environnement polyvalent où l'autonomie est valorisée.

  • Maitrise de logiciel comptabel .
  • Formation en comptabilité (CESS orientation comptabilité, bachelier en comptabilité ou équivalent par l'expérience)
  • Première expérience dans une fonction similaire souhaitée, débutant·e motivé·e également bienvenu·e
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel) et aisance avec les logiciels comptables
  • Bonne connaissance du français ; la connaissance du néerlandais est un atout
  • Personne rigoureuse, organisée, discrète et fiable
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à respecter les échéances
  • Esprit d'équipe et sens du contact
  • 2 ans d'expérience
  • Contrat à durée indéterminée (à adapter selon votre choix)
  • Horaire à temps plein / temps partiel (à préciser)
  • Rémunération selon barème et expérience
  • Environnement de travail dynamique au sein d'un groupe multiservices en croissance
