AIOS Klinische Geriatrie - 15-09-2026 - Heerlen - fulltime - wo - vast AIOS Klinische Geriatrie Complexe geneeskunde, écht de tijd voor je patiënt én werken in een hecht team? Dan is de opleiding tot klinisch geriater misschien precies wat je zoekt. Het Opleidingscluster Zuid (Catharina Ziekenhuis, GGZ Eindhoven, de organisatie Medisch Centrum en Mondriaan GGZ Heerlen) zoekt enthousiaste artsen die zich willen opleiden tot klinisch geriater. Op dit moment is er een opleidingsplaats beschikbaar bij de organisatie Medisch Centrum. De sollicitatiegesprekken vinden naar verwachting plaats in oktober 2026. Waarom klinische geriatrie? Geen enkele oudere patiënt is hetzelfde. Juist die combinatie van complexe medische problematiek, kwetsbaarheid, cognitieve stoornissen en sociale factoren maakt het vak uitdagend én afwisselend. Je kijkt verder dan één aandoening en werkt intensief samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines om de best passende zorg te bieden. De opleiding De opleiding tot klinisch geriater duurt vijf jaar en bestaat uit: - 2 jaar vooropleiding Interne Geneeskunde (de vooropleiding kan ook in een ander opleidingsziekenhuis naar keuze gevolgd worden) - 3 jaar vervolgopleiding Klinische Geriatrie, met stages binnen de neurologie en ouderenpsychiatrie. Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken artsen die nieuwsgierig zijn, graag samenwerken en energie krijgen van complexe patiëntenzorg. Bij voorkeur heb je al ervaring binnen de klinische geriatrie. Heb je die nog niet? Dan is er ook de mogelijkheid om eerst ervaring op te doen als ANIOS binnen ons team. Opleidingscluster Zuid De opleiding wordt verzorgd binnen de regio Eindhoven en de regio Sittard-Geleen/Heerlen. Op dit moment is alleen de opleidingsplaats bij de organisatie Medisch Centrum beschikbaar. De stage ouderenpsychiatrie volg je bij Mondriaan GGZ in Heerlen.
