Dan is deze vacature dé volgende stap in jouw professionele groei. 💼🌍 De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:

  • Je zorgt voor een tijdige en accurate afhandeling van vracht en informatie, met een excellente klantenservice binnen de Air Export afdeling
  • Je voert gegevens correct en tijdig in ons operationeel systeem en volgt dossiers op voor een efficiënte afhandeling
  • Je mantelt de opvolging en rapportage van Air Export dossiers inclusief workflowbeheer en communicatie naar buitenlandse partners
  • Je verzendt aankomstmeldingen naar buitenlandse klanten en partners, en zorgt dat facturaties correct en tijdig worden uitgevoerd
  • Je onderhoudt contact met klanten en leveranciers voor internationale zendingen en bewaart goede relaties
  • Je naleeft alle reglementeringen en wetgeving, en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen de processen
  • Je communiceert tijdig met buitenlandse kantoren en volgt verzoeken en vragen snel en efficient op

De vereiste kwalificaties zijn:

  • Je bent in het bezit van minimaal 6 maanden tot 1 jaar relevante werkervaring en/of opleiding of een gelijkwaardige combinatie
  • Je kennis van luchtvrachtdocumentatie vormt een pluspunt, maar is geen must
  • Je communiceert uitstekend in Engels en Nederlands, en hanteert deze talen vlot in een professionele omgeving
  • Je hebt sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail
  • Je bent proactief en neemt initiatief, en hecht veel waarde aan servicekwaliteit
  • Je beheerst Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) en werkt graag met technologie
  • Je bent gerechtigd om in België te werken en hebt bij voorkeur een IATA-certificaat
