Als Air Export Gateway Agent werk je in het hart van de internationale luchtvracht. Jij coördineert zendingen van Shanghai tot Chicago, onderhandelt met airlines over inkoopprijzen en plant vracht op vliegtuigplaten. Geen ervaring? Geen stress. Je leert alles wat je moet weten op de werkvloer. Wat we wél verwachten? Motivatie, leergierigheid en de wil om écht ergens voor te gaan. Klinkt als jouw next move? Let's go! Werkzaamheden - Inplannen en verdelen van luchtvracht op vliegtuigplaten. - Onderhandelen met airlines over inkoopprijzen en beschikbare capaciteit. - Boeken en bundelen van exportzendingen via de gateway. - Opstellen en controleren van exportdocumentatie. - Actief volgen van wereldwijde zendingen via track & trace. - Dagelijks contact met internationale partners, transporteurs en interne teams. - Zorgen voor naleving van douane- en luchtvaartregels. - Signaleren van knelpunten en schakelen bij afwijkingen. - Meedraaien in een wisselend dienstrooster binnen een hecht team. Wij zoeken - Je hebt een MBO4 werk- en denkniveau. - Je bent fulltime beschikbaar (38,75 uur per week). - Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands én Engels. - Je bent bereid om wisselende diensten te draaien: - 07:00 tot 16:00 - 08:30 tot 17:00 - 15:00 tot 23:00 (ongeveer 1x per 6 weken) - Je draait ongeveer 1x per 7 weken een zaterdagdienst. - Je bent gemotiveerd, proactief en wil jezelf ontwikkelen. - Je hebt geen ervaring nodig, maar wel een serieuze werkmentaliteit. - Je kunt een Verklaring van Geen...
