Crane Worldwide Logistics groeit snel — met meer dan 130 locaties in 30 landen helpen we klanten elke

dag om hun supply chain slimmer, sneller en efficiënter te maken. Voor ons team zoeken we een

gedreven Air Import Coordinator die energie krijgt van organiseren, communiceren en het soepel laten

verlopen van internationale luchtvrachtzendingen.

In deze rol ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor importzendingen: je zorgt dat alle documentatie

klopt, dat douane-processen vlot verlopen en dat klanten precies weten waar hun goederen zich

bevinden. Jij bent de schakel die ervoor zorgt dat elke zending op tijd en zonder verrassingen wordt

geleverd.

Wat ga je doen?

• Je onderhoudt contact met douane, havenautoriteiten, vervoerders en klanten.

• Je bewaakt shipping schedules en zorgt dat levertijden worden gehaald.

• Je beantwoordt klantvragen en biedt oplossingen waar nodig.

• Je maakt tarieven en offertes op voor klanten en partnerkantoren.

• Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams om klantverzoeken efficiënt af te handelen.

• Je volgt zendingen op via track & trace en grijpt in wanneer nodig.

• Je zorgt voor correcte facturatiegegevens voor de boekhouding.

• Je communiceert met klanten over de status, routing en dispatching van hun vracht.

• Je stemt met leveranciers af over verzending, routering, prijzen en tarieven.

• Je kiest de meest geschikte én rendabele verzendmethode voor elke zending.

• Je springt bij waar nodig — flexibiliteit is key.

• 1–2 jaar ervaring in luchtvracht-expeditie of een vergelijkbare logistieke functie.

• Kennis van douaneregels en import/export-processen.

• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte mindset.

• Uitstekende organisatorische skills en oog voor detail.

• Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands én Engels.

• Eventuele relevante certificeringen zijn een plus.
