Voor een klant van Robert Half in de logistieke sector in Machelen zijn wij op zoek naar een Air Import Medewerker (m/v/x).

Ben jij administratief sterk, werk je nauwkeurig en hou je ervan om internationale zendingen van A tot Z op te volgen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Air Import Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het goede verloop van het importproces via luchtvracht.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Je zorgt voor een soepel en tijdig verloop van het vrachtproces.
  • Je staat in voor een correcte en tijdige invoer van gegevens in het operationele systeem.
  • Je volgt Air Import-dossiers nauwgezet op en traceert zendingen wanneer nodig.
  • Je werkt dagelijks met workflows.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat importzendingen tijdig bij klanten worden geleverd.
  • Je bezorgt documenten tijdig aan klanten of douanebrokers voor douanedoeleinden.
  • Je staat in voor een correcte en tijdige facturatie aan klanten en dienstverleners.
  • Je onderhoudt contact met klanten bij de organisatie van hun internationale zendingen, volgens de geldende klantenservicenormen.
  • Je draagt bij aan het onderhouden van sterke relaties met leveranciers, zoals luchtvaartmaatschappijen en transportbedrijven.
  • Je ziet erop toe dat alle geldende regelgeving, interne procedures en klantvereisten steeds worden nageleefd.
  • Je begrijpt het procesverloop binnen de afdeling en denkt actief mee over efficiëntieverbeteringen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de standaardprocedures van klanten correct worden toegepast en up-to-date blijven.
  • Je werkt volgens de vooropgestelde KPI's en bedrijfsprocedures.
  • Je verzorgt internationale communicatie en reageert tijdig op e-mails en verzoeken, zowel intern als extern.

Jouw profiel

  • Ervaring binnen logistiek, expeditie of air import is een sterke troef.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en klantgericht.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en schakelt vlot met interne en externe contacten.
  • Je kan goed omgaan met deadlines en behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving.
