We bridge airlines, MROs, and suppliers worldwide to keep aircraft flying reliably. As we expand our European footprint and North American network, we are seeking two proactive Aircraft Component Repair Management Specialists to take end-to-end ownership of our shop-repair pipeline and vendor relationships. Role Overview In this role, you will act as the critical link between our internal sales/logistics teams, contracted EASA/FAA Part-145 repair facilities, and international customers. You will oversee the complete lifecycle of unserviceable units (remove-and-replace, repair, overhaul, and testing) to ensure optimal turn-around times (TAT), competitive pricing, strict quality compliance, and seamless logistics. Key Responsibilities 1. Repair Lifecycle & Vendor Management * Administer end-to-end repair orders (RO) for rotable and repairable aircraft components sent to EASA/FAA Part-145 stations. * Evaluate, negotiate, and approve repair work scopes, quotes, bench checks, and scrap determinations against market benchmarks. * Actively track and manage repair shop Turnaround Times (TAT), holding primary vendors accountable to agreed SLAs. 2. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination * Organize import/export, customs clearance documentation, and hazmat handling (where applicable) for unserviceable and overhauled units. * Monitor international freight movements in transit, proactively troub...
