Wat is FOORUIT De stichting Fooruit is een organisatie van en voor mensen met een lichamelijke beperking en de stichting heeft als missie om een herkenbare bijdrage te leveren aan de gelijkwaardigheid van al haar inwoners en het toegankelijker maken van de stad. Onze ambitie is om mensen met een beperking een steuntje in de rug te geven en bij te dragen aan het bewustzijn van de niet beperkte mensen. Daarnaast wil de stichting een luis in de pels zijn wat betreft het beleid van de gemeente, MKB, publieke en nonpublieke organisaties.De stichting is de gesprekspartner van de gemeente, treedt op als belangenbehartiger en werkt aan inclusie door drempels weg te (laten) nemen, zowel fysiek, sociaal als digitaal. Als stichting zitten we momenteel in een omwentelingsproces wat betreft het toekomstbestendig maken van de organisatie. Woon je in (de omgeving van) Deventer en behoor je tot of heb je affiniteit met onze doelgroep? Lijkt het je leuk om een bijdrage te leveren aan ons vernieuwingsproces? Wij zoeken een algemeen bestuurslid met als specifiek aandachtsgebied ICT, website en PR. Deze functie moet verder ontwikkeld worden in samenwerking met de betrokken vrijwilligers.
